Our mission is to make lacrosse accessible and exciting for players at every level - whether they are picking up a stick for the first time or looking to develop toward competitive play.

My child has never played lacrosse before?
Absolutely! We welcome players of all experience levels, from beginners to advanced. Our programs are designed to help every athlete learn, grow, and enjoy the game.
Are practices mandatory?
For the Competitve Program, players are expected to prioritize practices and games as part of their commitment to the team.
The Recreational Program is more flexible and focused on learning the game in a fun, low-pressure environment.
Will there be travel involved?
How are teams formed?
Recretaional Program:
Grades 1st-4th: Teams will be balanced for games to ensure a fun and fair experience for all players.
Competitive Program:
Grades 4th-8th: Teams are formed through a two-day tryout process where coaches evaluate players and place them accordingly.
What equipment does my child need?
Recreational Program:
- stick
- positive attitude
- (we use softballs as players learn the game)
Competitve Program:
Equipment requirements differ for boys and girls. Please refer to USA Lacrosse guidelines. General equipment includes:
- helmet (recommended to purchase locally for proper fit and easy adjustments)
- shoulder pads (must meet NOCSAE ND200 standard for boys as of January 1, 2022)
- elbow/arm pads
- gloves
- stick (see recommendations below if applicable)
- athletic cup
- mouthguard
- cleats (football or baseball cleats work well)
- water bottle with a spout or flexible straw (so players can drink without removing their helmet)
- water or sports drink for every practice and game
